ABUJA, July 4 (Reuters) - Nigeria expressed "strong displeasure" on Friday at the process leading to the re-election of Zimbabwe's President Robert Mugabe and said the outcome of the run-off vote should not form a basis for negotiations.

"We express our strong displeasure at the process leading to the election and its outcome ... we therefore do not consider the outcome of that election as a basis for moving forward," Foreign Minister Ojo Maduekwe told reporters. (Reporting by Felix Onuah; Writing by Nick Tattersall)
