ADVISORY-Baghdad security: Special Series
04 Feb 2008 12:46:10 GMT
Source: Reuters
Iraq marks the first anniversary on Feb. 14 of a security crackdown in Baghdad aimed at reversing the country's slide towards civil war. One year after the launch of Operation Imposing Law, Reuters is planning a series of multimedia reports on its impact across the Iraqi capital, starting on Feb. 5.

Look out for stories about how the operation has affected ordinary Baghdad residents, about the concrete walls erected across the city to protect neighbourhoods, and the trickle of Iraqi refugees who have returned from sanctuary abroad.

The stories will be accompanied by interviews, factboxes, a graphic, pictures and video and the series will +ick off at 0004 GMT, Feb 4.
