JERUSALEM, Nov 7 (Reuters) - Israeli forces pulled out of a northern Gaza town overnight following a week-long operation, a an army spokeswoman said on Tuesday.

She said there were still soldiers in other parts of the northern Gaza Strip.

The offensive in Beit Hanoun town was one of the biggest since the army and Jewish settlers withdrew from Gaza last year after 38 years of occupation.
