(Changes identity of dead man) GAZA, March 7 (Reuters) - A Palestinian guerrilla was shot and killed on Friday in the northern Gaza Strip near the border with Israel, a militant group said. The al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, an offshoot of President Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah movement, said one of its gunmen was killed in a clash with Israeli forces. However, an Israeli army spokesman said its troops had not fired any shots in the area. The dead man had earlier been identified by medical staff as a farmer.
