BAGHDAD, Sept 8 (Reuters) - A car bomb killed 10 people and wounded 30 others near a market in Baghdad's Shi'ite district of Sadr City on Saturday, Iraqi police said.

Other sources said the bomb exploded near a police station. It exploded around dusk, at a time when many people were shopping.

The blast is a reminder of Iraq's security woes despite a security crackdown by U.S. and Iraqi troops that has helped reduce violence in the capital in recent months.
