ARBIL, Iraq, May 9 (Reuters) - A bomb in the northern Iraqi city of Arbil killed four people on Wednesday, police said.

Bomb explosions are extremely rare in Iraq's northern Kurdish region, which has been spared the violence engulfing the rest of Iraq. Arbil is the capital of Kurdistan.
