Somali conference postponed to mid-May- Arab League

CAIRO, April 11 (Reuters) - A conference to reconcile Somalis has been postponed for security reasons for one month until the middle of May, probably May 16, a senior Arab League official said on Wednesday.

Samir Hosni, who deals with African affairs at the league, told Reuters that the Somali government had asked for the delay because of security conditions in Somalia.
