FACTBOX-Military deaths in Afghanistan

July 12 (Reuters) - A British soldier was shot dead and two wounded near Gereshk in the southern province of Helmand, the British Ministry of Defence said.

One NATO soldier was killed and two wounded during an operation in the south of Afghanistan on Thursday, the alliance said. No further details were available.
