BRUSSELS, May 13 (Reuters) - Myanmar's military junta has given the European Union's top aid official a visa to visit the cyclone-hit country, a European Commission spokesman said on Tuesday.

"Yes, he has the visa," a spokesman for EU Development Aid Commissioner Louis Michel told Reuters as Michel prepared to fly to the country to seek better access for international aid workers and relief supplies.
