MANILA, April 13 (Reuters) - Two small bombs exploded in Zamboanga City in the southern Philippines on Sunday but caused no casualties, police said. A police spokesman said officers were investigating whether Islamic militants had planted the bombs. One exploded outside a Roman Catholic cathedral.
