Abbas, Haniyeh agree to Saturday vote on gov't-Hamas

GAZA, March 14 (Reuters) - Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas of Fatah and Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh of Hamas have agreed to bring their unity government to parliament for a vote on Saturday, two Hamas sources said.

"Saturday the parliament will be convened for a vote of confidence on the unity government," one of the sources said. Fatah officials had no immediate comment.
