KERBALA, Iraq, April 14 (Reuters) - Dozens of people were killed or wounded in a suicide car bombing at a bus station in the normally safe Iraqi Shi'ite city of Kerbala on Saturday, police said.

Violence in Kerbala is rare. Television footage showed casualties being rushed from the scene and what appeared to be the charred body of a child.
