KERBALA, Iraq, April 14 (Reuters) - The death toll from a suicide car bombing in the normally safe Iraqi city of Kerbala has risen to 37, with almost 50 more wounded, police said on Saturday.

The rare attack in the Shi'ite city southwest of Baghdad was in a packed bus station. Television footage showed wounded being carried from the scene and what appeared to be the charred body of a child.
