DUBAI, June 14 (Reuters) - An Iraqi al Qaeda-led group said on Thursday it had killed 14 Iraqi army and police personnel after an ultimatum it gave to the Iraqi government expired.

The Islamic State in Iraq posted a video on the Internet showing a militant shooting the blindfolded men in the head in an open field. Their hands were tied behind their backs.

The authenticity of the tape could not be verified but it was posted on a Web site used by Iraqi insurgents.
