BAGHDAD, Jan 15 (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice landed in Iraq on Tuesday for meetings with the Iraqi government, which last week passed the first in a series of long-awaited laws aimed at reconciling Iraqis, officials said.
