(Adds deal to be signed later on Thursday, paragraph 4) CANNES, France, Feb 15 (Reuters) - Talks between Sudan and its neighbours Chad and Central African Republic ended on Thursday with an agreement not to support rebels attacking each other's territory, Sudanese Foreign Minister Lam Akol said. Chad and Central African Republic accuse Sudan of supporting rebels launching cross-border attacks from Darfur, exacerbating ethnic tensions and displacing tens of thousands of people. "There is a commitment in this agreement that each country will respect the sovereignty of the other countries and no country will support any rebellion within its territory," Akol told reporters after the meeting. He and African Union President John Kufuor said the deal, reached on the sidelines of a French-African summit in the seaside resort of Cannes, would be signed later on Thursday.
