Kenya parliament passes second part of crisis deal

NAIROBI, March 18 (Reuters) - Kenya's parliament on Tuesday voted to pass the second of two laws required to enact a power-sharing deal designed to end the country's bloody post-election crisis.

Lawmakers voted by acclamation to approve the bill, which creates the position of prime minister and two deputies and also sets out terms for sharing power in the cabinet.
