Feb 19 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 1430 GMT on Tuesday. * denotes new or updated items. * MOSUL - A suicide bomber rammed a minibus into a building used by Iraqi security forces killing one soldier and wounding two policemen in Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, said Iraqi Army Brigadier-General Khalid Abdul-Sattar. He said part of the building had collapsed. * MOSUL - Police found the body of a woman with gunshot wounds to her head and chest dumped in a cemetery in eastern Mosul. BAQUBA - Three people were killed and three others wounded in an insurgent attack on Monday in Baquba, 65 km (42 miles) north of Baghdad, police said. TIKRIT - A roadside bomb wounded four Iraqi soldiers when it targeted their patrol in central Tikrit, 175 km (110 miles) north of Baghdad, the Iraqi army said. SAMARRA - Iraqi police killed an al Qaeda leader, Mohammed Yahya al-Rahmani, known as Abu Mussab, and three foreign militants on Monday in a town close to Samarra, 100 km (62 miles) north of Baghdad, police said. HILLA - The Iraqi army said it had arrested 11 Shi'ite militants belonging to the Soldiers of Heaven group in Hilla, 100 km (60 miles) south of Baghdad. BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb killed one woman and wounded two people when it targeted a car in the Waziriya district of northern Baghdad, police said. BAGHDAD - Five people were killed and 16 others wounded when a barrage of rockets hit areas near Baghdad's international airport on Monday, including the U.S. Camp Victory military base, the U.S. military said.
