BEIRUT, May 20 (Reuters) - Four Lebanese army soldiers were killed when militants attacked their patrol in northern Lebanon on Sunday, security sources said.

The sources said the gunmen were members of a militant group which the army had been fighting since the early hours of the morning at a Palestinian refugee camp near the northern Lebanese city of Tripoli.

At least three more soldiers were killed in clashes at the camp with the Fatah al-Islam group, security sources said.
