RAMALLAH, West Bank, Nov 20 (Reuters) - The United States issued formal invitations on Tuesday to a Middle East peace conference in Annapolis, Maryland, next week, an aide to Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said. "The invitation has been received," Nabil Abu Rdainah told Reuters.
