BAGHDAD, June 22 (Reuters) - Many people were killed when a female suicide bomber blew herself up outside a court building north of Baghdad on Sunday, Iraqi police said. They said the attack took place in Baquba, capital of Diyala province. Precise details on casualties were not immediately available.
