ABUJA, Jan 23 (Reuters) - All 24 Filipino crew members on a cargo ship seized by militants in Nigeria on Saturday are hostages, the ship operator said on Tuesday.

A local government had earlier said that only six Filipinos were abducted from the vessel in a remote river channel in Nigeria's southern Delta State.
