BAGHDAD, Nov 25 (Reuters) - A draft bill that would ease curbs on former members of Saddam Hussein's Baath party joining the civil service and military was presented to the full Iraqi parliament on Sunday ahead of debate on the measure.

Changes to the draft bill, set by Washington as a benchmark for the Iraqi government to help achieve national reconciliation between majority Shi'ites and minority Sunni Arabs, were approved by cabinet earlier this month.

A parliamentary official told Reuters the bill was being read for the first time in a full session.
