ABUJA, May 29 (Reuters) - New Nigerian President Umaru Yar'Adua will urgently address the crisis in the oil-producing Niger Delta, he said in an inaugural address on Tuesday, appealing to armed groups in the region for an end to violence.

The former state governor pledged to boost economic growth while keeping exchange rates stable and inflation low.
