BAGHDAD, April 30 (Reuters) - A suicide bomber wearing an explosive vest killed more than 20 people and wounded more than 25 in a funeral in a town north of Baghdad on Monday, police said. The attack inside a tent where mourners were gathering during a funeral took place in Khalis, a town in volatile Diyala province, police said.
