Nov 3 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 1645 GMT on Tuesday.

MOSUL - Mortar bombs wounded three civilians in central Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.

MOSUL - Gunmen shot and wounded a judge in eastern Mosul, police said.

MOSUL - A roadside bomb killed one person and wounded two others 70 km (40 miles) west of Mosul.
