MOSCOW, Aug 8 (Reuters) - At least 15 people were killed in the shelling of Tskhinvali, the capital of Georgia's breakaway province of South Ossetia which is besieged by government troops, a Russian television correspondent at the scene said. "I confirm that there are at least 15 dead," said correspondent Andrei Chistyakov, who is now in Tskhinvali. "These are the people whose bodies were seen in their yards and in the streets."
