FACTBOX-Security developments in Iraq, Nov 9

Nov 9 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 0700 GMT on Monday.

KIRKUK - Gunmen stormed the home of Hadi Luaibi, a local leader of the Sadrist movement, and killed him in southern Kirkuk, 250 km (155 miles) north of Baghdad, on Sunday, police said.

MOSUL - An attacker threw a hand grenade at an Iraqi police patrol, wounding 10 people in central Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, on Sunday, police said.

TIKRIT - Two U.S. army pilots were killed when their helicopter made a hard landing in Salahuddin province, north of Baghdad, on Sunday, the U.S. military said. The incident was under investigation and there was no immediate indication that enemy action was involved.
