BAGHDAD, Nov 10 (Reuters) - The death toll in a double bombing in central Baghdad on Monday rose to 11, with 35 people reported wounded, police said. A car bomb exploded in the Kasra district on the east bank of the Tigris River and a suicide bomber blew himself up in the crowd as people rushed to help the wounded, police said.
