Aug 10 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 1900 GMT on Sunday.

* BAQUBA - A car bomb killed two Iraqis and wounded 25 others when it exploded on Sunday in Diyala province, 65 km (40 miles) north of Baghdad, the U.S. military said.

TARMIYA - A U.S. soldier and four people were killed in an attack involving a roadside bomb, a suicide bomber and small arms fire in Tarmiya, 25 km (15 miles) north of Baghdad, the U.S. military said. It said two U.S. soldiers, three Iraqi policemen and 18 other people were wounded.

KHANAQIN - A suicide attacker blew up a bomb-laden minibus, killing at least three people and wounding 20 others in the town of Khanaqin, 140 km (100 miles) northeast of Baghdad, a security source said. The attack targeted the mayor's office and Kurdish security services headquarters. The U.S. military later said two had died and 25 were wounded in Khanaqin.

BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb targeted a private security company patrol wounding four people including two guards in Amil district, in southwestern Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb killed three people, including one Iraqi soldier, and wounded 10 others, including four Iraqi soldiers, when it struck a patrol in Bab al-Sharji district in central Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb killed three people, including one woman, and wounded seven others in the district of Kamaliya, in eastern Baghdad, police said. The U.S. military later said the toll had risen to four dead with five wounded.

BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb wounded two Iraqi soldiers when it blew up near their patrol in Zayouna district in eastern Baghdad, police said.

MADAEN - One Iraqi soldier was killed and five others wounded by parked car bomb explosion in Madaen, 30 km (20 miles) southeast of Baghdad, police said. (Compiled by Aws Qusay)
