NAIROBI, Sept 11 (Reuters) - Somali pirates have released a German-owned cargo ship and its 13-member crew, a regional maritime watchdog said on Thursday. "I think a ransom was paid, but I am still getting details," Andrew Mwangura, of the East African Seafarers' Association, said of the ship which he named as the "BBC Trinidad".
