BRUSSELS, Dec 11 (Reuters) - European Union leaders are making headway towards a deal on a package of measures aimed at tackling global warming, Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi told reporters at a summit on Thursday. "We are heading towards a compromise. We are getting what we want," said Berlusconi, who ahead of the meeting threatened to veto any deal that was not in Italy's interest.
