BAGHDAD, Nov 13 (Reuters) - A U.S. civilian cargo aircraft with between four and six people on board crashed shortly after take-off in western Iraq on Thursday, the U.S. military said, adding that there were no immediate details on casualties. "It was a malfunction. It lost radio contact, then it crashed ... We have no information on the fate of the crew," a U.S. military spokeswoman said. (Reporting by Tim Cocks)
