MOSCOW, Aug 15 (Reuters) - Russia wants to see the Georgian president's signature on a peace plan before it makes any moves in the conflict between the two countries, Interfax news agency quoted an unidentified Foreign Ministry source as saying Friday. "Until we see the signature of (Georgian President) Mikhail Saakashvili on the document, we will have nothing to comment on," Interfax quoted the source as saying. "The time for conversations has passed. The time for concrete action has come." (Writing by Chris Baldwin; editing by Michael Stott)
