BAGHDAD, Nov 15 (Reuters) - A car bomb killed 10 people and wounded 31 others when it exploded outside a car dealership in the northern Iraqi town of Tal Afar, Iraqi police and the U.S. military said on Saturday. Tal Afar is in Iraq's volatile Nineveh province, where Sunni Islamist al Qaeda militants still operate despite several security crackdowns aimed at stamping them out. (Reporting by Khalid al-Ansary)
