Aug 18 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 1830 GMT on Tuesday.

* Denotes new or updated incident

*BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb planted near a school killed two people and wounded 15 in southern Baghdad, police said.

*TIKRIT - Three police officers were wounded when a roadside bomb they were attempting to disarm exploded in Tikrit, 150 km (95 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.

MOSUL - A roadside bomb killed a truck driver in south Mosul, 390 km (240 miles) north of Baghdad, police said.

MOSUL - Gunmen opened fire on a police checkpoint in south Mosul, killing one policeman and wounding another, police said.

MOSUL - A bomb attached to a car wounded a soldier in the south of Mosul, police said.

MOSUL - A bomb attached to car killed one civilian in western Mosul late on Monday, police said.

MOSUL - A bomb wounded two gunmen who were planting it and two policemen when it exploded prematurely in central Mosul late on Monday, police said.
