ISTANBUL, Sept 24 (Reuters) - Floods triggered by torrential rains killed five people in northeastern Turkey on Thursday, Turkish broadcaster NTV said. State-run Anatolian news agency put the number of dead in the province of Artvin at two, including an 80-year-old woman whose house was flooded in the district of Borcka. Flash floods stemming from the heaviest rainfall in the last 80 years killed 32 people two weeks ago in Istanbul, Turkey's largest city.
