BAGHDAD, Oct 25 (Reuters) - Twin car bombs near the Iraqi capital's provincial government building killed at least four people and wounded eight in central Baghdad on Sunday, police said.

The two strong blasts shook buildings and smoke billowed from the area. The death toll was likely to rise, police said. (Writing by Jack Kimball, editing by Tim Pearce)
