BAGHDAD, April 26 (Reuters) - Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki views a U.S. military raid that killed two people overnight in the southern city of Kut as a a crime that violated a bilateral security pact, and wants U.S. forces to hand those responsible to the courts, an Iraqi official said on Sunday. "The general commander (Maliki) is affirming that the killing of two citizens and detaining others in Kut is considered a violation of the security pact," an official in the office of Major General Qassim Moussawi, Baghdad security spokesman, said. "He asks the commander of the multinational forces to release the detainees and hand over those responsible for this crime to the courts," he added (Reporting by Tim Cocks)
