ZURICH, April 30 (Reuters) - Swiss health authorities confirmed on Thursday that a person had tested positive to swine flu, the first confirmed case in Switzerland. "Yes, we can confirm it," Jean-Louis Zurcher, a spokesman for the Swiss Federal Health Department, said when asked whether he could confirm a Swiss media report that a person had tested positive. Zurcher could not give any details. Swiss news agency SDA said a man had tested positive in the town of Baden, near Zurich. (Reporting by Paul Arnold; Editing by Louise Ireland)
