Center-leftist leads Guatemala president vote

GUATEMALA CITY, Nov 4 (Reuters) - Center-left candidate Alvaro Colom was winning Guatemala's presidential election on Sunday with a 19-point lead over a rightist retired general, initial results showed.

Colom, had 59 percent of the vote while Gen. Otto Perez Molina, a former head of military intelligence, had almost 41 percent, with 12 percent of polling stations counted.
