(Adds details) MIAMI, Nov 6 (Reuters) - A fire broke out on Monday at one of Florida's oldest tourist attractions, an alligator theme park called Gatorland, and authorities said four reptiles may have perished. No one was injured in the blaze which was reported at 5:55 a.m. (1055 GMT) and took about 3-1/2 hours to bring under control. Tim Williams, the park's director of media production, told local News4Jax television that the fire may have killed two crocodiles and two pythons. But Lt. Edwin Santana of Orange County Fire Rescue said firefighters reported that most of Gatorland's snakes and gators seemed to be doing just fine after the fire was put out. "They kept away from that smoke and stuff," Santana said. The blaze, which was under investigation, only affected the park's signature gator-mouth entrance and a building housing a gift shop and offices, Santana said. Founded as a roadside attraction in 1949, Gatorland features reptile shows, a petting zoo and thousands of alligators and crocodiles. It is located just north of the Orlando-Kissimmee line in south Orlando.
