Five Italians on crashed New York helicopter

NEW YORK, Aug 8 (Reuters) - Five Italian tourists and a pilot were on board the helicopter that collided with a small plane over New York's Hudson River, Mayor Michael Bloomberg said on Saturday.

He said there were three people on the plane. Two bodies had been recovered and the rescue operation had now turned into a recovery mission. (Writing by Alan Elsner)
