Mexico's Pemex says explosions hit several pipelines

MEXICO CITY, Sept 10 (Reuters) - Mexican state-owned energy company Pemex said Monday that explosions caused by sabotage hit several of its gas pipelines on the Gulf of Mexico.

The blasts in the state of Veracruz caused four fires which were now under control, the company said .

A small leftist rebel group exploded bombs at Pemex pipelines in July.
