Lights back on after blackout in Sao Paulo city

SAO PAULO, Nov 10 (Reuters) - Light was seen returning to some Sao Paulo neighborhoods close to downtown after a two-hour blackout that left tens of millions of people in seven Brazilian states without power on Tuesday night. (Reporting by Guillermo Parra-Bernal)
