BRASILIA, Nov 13 (Reuters) - Brazil will target a reduction in its greenhouse gas emissions of between 36.1 and 38.9 percent from projected levels in 2020, the president's chief of staff Dilma Rousseff said on Friday, weeks ahead of a U.N. climate summit. The deep cut, while not internationally binding, would reduce emissions to 1994 levels as the South American country hopes to encourage other developing nations to adopt aggressive cuts and increase the chances of a global deal at the December summit in Copenhagen.
