Quake shakes Mexico, measures 6.2--USGS

MEXICO CITY, April 12 (Reuters) - An earthquake measuring 6.2 shook central Mexico overnight on Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The tremor was felt in Mexico City, a Reuters correspondent said.

The quake was centered in the central coastal state of Guerrero, Mexico, the U.S. agency said.
