WASHINGTON, June 18 (Reuters) - House lawmakers have struck a deal on an emergency supplemental spending bill that will fund U.S. troops in Iraq and Afghanistan, House Republican Leader John Boehner said on Wednesday. "This evening, Republican and Democratic leaders in the House have reached a tentative agreement that will get our troops in the field the tools they need for victory." The White House said President George W. Bush can support the emergency spending bill, which it says includes $2.65 billion for future disaster relief.
