Mexican oil port Dos Bocas reopens after Dean passes

MEXICO CITY, Aug 23 (Reuters) - Mexican oil port Dos Bocas in the Gulf of Mexico reopened and was operating normally in the wake of Hurricane Dean, a port official told Reuters on Thursday.

"We reopened (on Wednesday) at 2330 (local time). Everything is normal," said port supervisor Arturo de la Cruz.
