For more stories, click on [ID:nN05380336]) The 10th Mountain Division, 2nd Brigade Combat Team (BCT), based at Fort Drum in northern New York state, is one of the U.S. military units that has deployed most in Afghanistan and Iraq. On its most recent deployment in Iraq, 2BCT lost 52 soldiers killed in action, with 270 wounded and two missing.
